The five minute long stopmotion film is about an extreme situation during a flight:
A passenger dies on an airplane. While a stewardess tries to bring the man back to life, she deals with the requirements of her job and personal limits.

In addition, Theresa will stay at Kunsthochschule Kassel for the Meisterschüler program 2019.

Still from Cops and Robbers

“Cops and Robbers” gives an insight in the everyday experience of teens:

Playing Cops and Robbers on the old playground. Why am I still doing this?

While they play Cops and Robbers, Daniel begins to realize that there is something else between catching and being caught. He sees himself confronted with situations with which he does not really know how to deal with.

VR Game: Dead Herring

Almost one year ago, students of animation started a cooperation with the department of chemistry of Universität Kassel. The goal was to make chemical processes and reactions that surround us everyday accessible and comprehensible to a wide range of people. The result is a virtual reality game, in which the player acts as a forensic scientists and explores his environment up to its molecular components: Dead Herring.

In the 17th century escaped criminals used the smell of red herrings to confuse tracker dogs and cover their track.

Next week Dead Herring, as well as other projects of Kunsthochschule Kassel will be exposed in the Game Zone of the Festival of Animated Film Stuttgart.

Interview with Karolin Twiddy on hr-TV

In their program frischfilm about young filmmakers, hr-television asked Karolin Twiddy 3 questions on her shortfilm
“Manly Mountain of Men”:

Plopp! Da war er fertig.

Erzähl mir deinen Film!

“Manly Mountain of Men“ soll Spaß machen.
